Returns + Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for faulty or incorrectly sized items that need to be exchanged for your correct size. This can be avoided by visiting our accurate true to size guide page before purchasing.
You have 2 options for exchange:
- Return to us and then once they are received we will ship the replacement size to you
- Order the correct size via another order and these will be shipped within 1 working day. Then return the incorrectly sized item for a refund. (fastest option)
Exchange process:
1. Please contact us (via contact page or reply to order confirmation email) to inform us of exchange required, reason and new size required
2. Once we have confirmed your exchange please return them to the nominated return address via our return confirmation email. Please attach tracking info to email.
3. Once we receive the returned items and confirmed they are in original and resale condition (unworn and unwashed in original packaging) we will process your refund or exchange. Your items must be returned within 30 days of purchase or no refund or exchange will be issued.
Note - You will cover the cost to return them and we will cover the cost to ship the new size to you. Please use the most cost effective air method with tracking (normally your local post office)
Refunds
Refunds are only offered on a defective item. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or any other reason.
Refund process:
1. Please contact us to inform of defective item and you would like a return and refund. (we can also offer you an exchange)
2. Return within 30 days of first contact in original packaging
3. Please send to our nominated address with correct contact details.
4. Please email us tracking details of your returned item
5. Once received we will process refund to your card / payment method. (refund may take up to 7 days to process depending on your card issuer)
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our nominated address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
