Why Haven’t I Received An Order Confirmation?

Please check your Junk mail folder just in case.
Please allow up to 4 hours after purchase time to receive a confirmation email.
Your order tracking number will be emailed within 1 day of placing your order.
If you have not received anything after this time please contact us.

Where Is My Order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking number that was sent out to you.
If you are still unable to locate your parcel please send us an email at info@rwenzoriman.com or via our contact page and we'll give you an update as soon as possible.

Can I use promo codes on my order?

Yes! However you are only allowed to use one promo code at the checkout, this includes free delivery codes.
You can only use one promo code per order.

Is Tax included in my order?

Yes. Tax (GST) is included in our prices on our website. Rwenzori is not responsible for paying any import or tax duties for international orders

Can I pay with PayPal?

To pay with PayPal you can either pay with an existing account, set one up or checkout as a guest using your credit card.

What Payment Methods Are Available?

You can pay for your products via major credit and debit cards - MasterCard, VISA and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and After Pay.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

We always ship your product within 1 day of the order being placed. To change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at info@rwenzoriman.com or via our contact page.

Can I Return A Product?

Yes if you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item you have received please contact us at info@rwenzoriman.com or via our contact page.

Can I exchange my shorts for a better size?    

Yes! You can exchange your shorts for a better size as long as the returned pair are in the original packaging and not worn or damaged within 30 days of the purchase date. We will get the new size out to you within 24hrs of receiving the original pair back to our postage address. You will have to pay for the return postage of the original item. They will be your responsibility to get them back to our company and they should have a tracking number attached.

- Please print your order receipt/invoice and include it in the return package. Return postage times will vary depending upon your location.

Where is our company from?

Rwenzori is an Australian owned and operated business based in Noosa, QLD Australia.

What are our shorts made of?

We strive to ensure the best quality materials and technology is used into our designs. Our customised prints are printed onto premium quality 100% polyester material using italian ink. Our unique adjustable buckles are made from stainless steel for anti corrosion to ensure a high quality long lasting product. All of our products are quality controlled and regular factory visits are carried out to ensure this premium quality is being maintained to the highest standards.

Are our prints based on actual photos?

Yes! All of our custom prints are actual high resolution photos that have been adjusted to fit onto our shorts. All photos are taken from the latest drone cameras or DSLR to ensure the best quality once printed!

Where do our featured photo prints come from?  

All of our featured photos are from a select few travel photographers from around the world. We are always exploring new destinations and designing our next pair of inspirational travel related swim shorts. stay tuned!

Where can I wear them and can I wear them in the water ?

Yes, they can be worn in the water and offer quick drying material. They are also extremely versatile as lifestyle everyday / resort wear shorts functional with side and rear enclosed pockets. Extremely comfy and light. 

Do the shorts come with a netting inner liner?      

No - We believe nets and inner liners are often uncomfortable on the skin, especially when they are wet - so we have designed the shorts to we worn without inner liners but they still carry support for ultimate comfort.
