Fast Exchange – Order your correct size now by placing a new order, and return the original for a refund once it arrives.

Once your item arrives in resale condition, your new size ships within 1 business day.
Free 30-Day Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase date for any unworn, unwashed, and resale-ready items in their original packaging.
Excludes sale items discounted 50% or more.
To start a return, simply contact us or reply to your order confirmation email — we’ll send return address and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are offered for:

Defective or damaged items, or

Returns in original condition within 30 days (excluding 50%-off sale items).
After inspection, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.
